Registration is free -- go to REGISTER, fill in the information needed for registration. You can search the available opportunities listed on the site; when you need to download the full data, simply pay the file fee from your wallet.

It is a marketplace which allows you to publish the investment you have while looking for an investor. If you are an investor, you will be able to search through the published files. The service is classified and categorized; and although the information published is under the responsibility of the file owner, a minimum level of recorded actions is taken to secure a serious business environment.

We have 2 formulas:

1. You can publish your file for 100 USD each, and the investor downloads it for 100 USD (average).
2. You can sign a request to promote your file against a defined success fee -- fill the form to get a quotation.

We work to promote the platform in the Egyptian and Saudi markets, with plans to extend to other countries. We also continue to develop our services.

The download fee varies from file to file based on our assessment. The fee is listed for each opportunity individually.

For the moment there is no expiry date for publishing an investment file unless the file owner requests to stop publishing it. The file owner grants our service the right to stop publishing any file at any time without further notice or clarification.

From your account you can request to put your file on hold. With further development of the platform, you will be able to enjoy more features helping you manage your files.

We welcome brokers as part of the business. You will clarify your relation with the file owner when you register a file. You are also responsible for respecting all the terms & conditions mentioned on the site, with full responsibility for the clarity of the published information to keep the service at the highest level.
